The quantity of stock on the website is realtime. If you can click "Add to cart", it means there is stock available. In the event you found "สินค้าหมด" appeared and the orderting button is locked. It may be sold out or be reserved by someone. If that reservation is not paid, the stock will be released within 48 hours. The catalog and all indications are usually updated several times during weekday. 1. You place an order through this website.
2. Our system automatically sends an order acknowledgement mail back to you in a few moments. At this point, please wait for another e-mail for the total with postage cost worldwide.
3. Within 24hrs. I will check your order and send you an order confirmation mail informing you of the grand total. (There may be a few e-mail exchanges before finalizing your order depending on the contents of your order)
4. After the order is finalized, I will send you an invoice from PayPal system so that you can access PayPal's website and send the payment.
5. I ship your order within 2 days after confirmation of your payment.

Gift-wrapping
No gift-wrapping services are available at the moment. Also, all items are inspected for quality before leaving the warehouse and because of this I cannot accept requests for "perfect boxes", etc. In case the item you received appears to bear manufacturer’s defect, please take close photo(S) of the defective part and send us within 7 days from its delivery with detailed explanation. If you feel that your order is taking too long to reach you (over 2 weeks for EMS and over 6 weeks for SAL shipments), first, please have your parcel's tracking/delivery confirmation number ready and ask your domestic post office about its delivery status.
Your package may be waiting at the post office undelivered or may be in customs at the port of entry.
Mail deliverers cannot leave an EMS package if they do not obtain a signature by the receiver. Unregistered SAL shipments, however, can be left outside. Please look for an Undeliverable Shipment notice in your mail box. The notice should tell you where and until when you can pick up your package.
If the post office was unable to deliver the package due to some fault of the customer (wrong address/undeliverable package), and the parcel was returned to me, I will ask for additional postage for re-delivery.
If any damage occurs during shipment, I will need your cooperation to make a claim with your domestic post office.
PLEASE - if you think something may be wrong with your parcel: 1) take pictures before opening and 2) open it with a post office representative present if possible.
If the item inside was broken, please file a damage report with your local post office and they should be able to resolve the problem.
Please note that for uninsured shipments I will be unable to provide refunds/replacements for damage caused during shipment.
Most of photos shown in my catalog are of prototypes or samples presented by the manufacturer. There may be some inconsistencies between the prototypes and the ones actually marketed for mass-production reasons. Additionally, some products have sections that need hand painting at the factory, which may also cause individual differences. These are not considered manufacturer's defects.
Occasionally you may notice small imperfections in paint or parts on your item. These are naturally occurring inconsistencies caused by the mass-production process and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Please take a close photo(s) of the defective part or parts and send it to us within 7 days from its delivery along with a detailed explanation. I will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution to the problem.
